The Garden 2009

Bleeding Heart

Rhododendron

Expanded Garden for 2009

Who would have thought I would love playing in the dirt sooo much! Let the garden posting begin! This year I expanded the garden a bit in both directions to add more yummy green stuff. So far I have planted onions, peas, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, eggplant, cucumbers and several kinds of tomatoes including: Mr. Stripey, Early Doll, Yellow Pear, Roma, Green Zebra, Black Cherry and a couple other I cannot recall. A good mix of cherry and heirloom.

For my birthday last year, Mom & Dave gave me an awesome garden gargoyle. He is now standing watch over my veggies. I promise there will be more posts to come with lots of pics, including KCAD's Beaux Arts Ball, Mitch's B-day, our Ireland 09 adventure, and Tokyo Morose (Tim's band) playing at this years G.R. Festival.

Love & Peace
